What Is Pure Water?

The term Pure Water in window cleaning describes ordinary tap water that has been filtered through a purifying filter system. This removes natural minerals from the water including Calcium which is the the main cause of white spots on the window when they dry.

What Do You Clean?

The water fed pole system allows us to access windows that were previously inaccessible by ladder, for example Velux windows & windows above conservatories.

Unlike most traditional window cleaners the water fed pole system clean's not just the windows but the frames as well, resulting in a better overall finish.

It can be used to clean virtually anything, from guttering, conservatory roofs, fascias, soffits, solar panels and cladding.

* We can use a heavy duty but eco friendly degreaser on heavily soiled UPVC for      improved cleaning results.

Do I need to be at home when you clean our windows?

We contact you the day before the clean by text email or phone and & as long as all windows are closed and we can gain access to all windows we will clean them and invoice you later.

What hours do you work?

9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, as long as theres day light, however we are flexible and can accommodate cleans outside of these times if required.

Why are the windows left wet?

When you're having your windows cleaned with pure water your frames and windows are washed and then rinsed. No dirt is left and the pure water will dry leaving spotless & streak free windows and frames.

What Payment Methods Can I Use?

We always contact you after the clean and can send you bank & billing details for online or cheque payments alternatively we can accept cash payments or you can set up a standing order if you are having a regular clean.

Do You Clean Inside Windows?

Yes we do with the traditional squeegee blade method of cleaning.

How Often Will You Clean Our Windows?

Customers generally have windows cleaned on a 6 week, 8 week or monthly cycle. But we also offer a one off clean service.
